Cold is here

It was a particularly cold week here, and we didn’t get out too much.  Amy did bundle Ellie up one day in her fleece jumper and ventured out into the cold.  We also spent some time preparing for the summer months by putting Eleanor in her life jacket a few times to get her accustomed to it. 

It is really amazing watching Ellie grow each week.  This week, she is talking a whole lot more, and getting much more purposeful with her hands.  Amy captured one moment with a farm toy, and you can practically see the learning taking place.  She didn’t use to like this particular toy, usually just staring at it or grabbing at the barn.  Now she can spin the cow and pig, passing them between her hands.
