A Week on the Go

Henry and Eleanor were on the move this week, with lots of meals out, park visits, and a trip down to the children’s museum. Eleanor has been into being Henry’s “Mom” this week – Mom and Dad have been relegated to “Grandma” and “Grandpa”, and Uncle B got dragged in as “Dad”. She has been holding his hand a lot and running over when he gets frustrated or asks for help – but Henry isn’t convinced, there is also a fair amount of mother henning, Eleanor telling Henry what he can and can’t do, giving him warnings and everything.

Henry’s language continues to explode. This week he is throwing out lots of two and three word phrases, and some multiple syllable words. He has also really been enjoying his classes, and loves to participate in Bubbles class, and is more willing to let the teachers at My Gym help him with the activities. Henry also loves to point out the letter H – driving in the car, walking through a store, during class, anytime an H appears, Henry starts saying “H!…H!…H!” until someone acknowledges his find :)
