It was a fun packed week with lots of visitors at Eleanor’s house. Early in the week, we were practicing our standing and crawling. Zapa has to be increasingly on her toes to as Eleanor’s reach and quickness both increase. Papa and Mimi arrived on thursday night, and Eleanor had lots of fun playing with them all weekend. There were lots of smiles, lots of meals, and lots of standing. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate, so we didn’t get outside much. In fact, Dad had to cook the burgers and shish kabobs under cover of an umbrella on Sunday, when Uncle B, Breanne, Tia and Jay came over. As if all that excitement wasn’t enough, a new tooth also popped through this week, a bottom tooth on the left side, tooth number seven in all. On the sad side, Eleanor had her first painful diaper rash this week as well – which put a little damper on Saturday’s fun – poor thing.

I love the one of baby crawling away while mommy and gramps are laying on the floor!
