Eleanor had a busy first full week of being 1 year old. We had a photography session, a trip to the doctor, we watched an ultrasound of our future brother (yep, its a boy!), not to mention playing with all her new toys. She is getting particularly good at her basketball hoop. Sometimes even non-toys become favorites too, and this week an empty ice tea bottle was a big hit.
A few fun firsts this week:
- Drinking a glass of cow’s milk
- Operating the jack-in-the-box all by herself
- Pointing out the dog on each page of “Daddy and Me”
- Locating the page in “Wild Animals” with the Polar Bear on it
- Having books in her crib
- Walking through a tunnel
- First time seeing a “friend” from music class randomly at the park

Such happy pictures. I love the ones on the green bench with all of the coordinating colors of outfit, leaves, flowers…
My back hurts just looking at the ones of the dinosaur! And when walking, it’s a long reach from tall grown ups to Eleanor! No wonder there is back trouble!
Hugs to all.. and thank you as always for taking the time to share your lives with us each week on this blog.
Wow….she has more hair than when I just saw her a few weeks ago. She is looking more and more like a toddler everyday….sooo sweet. LOVE all the swim class pics…super cute !!! Miss you, little E xoxo
