One Month Old!

Henry turned one month old this week – and we took the first of Henry’s official family photos.  It was a bit more complicated than before, but we managed to get everyone including the cat into the photo.  Grandma came for a visit this week, and got lots of quality playing time with Eleanor, and lots of cuddle time with Henry.  Eleanor let her get her up in the morning and up from her naps in the afternoon, and Henry let her give him a bottle.  Then later in the week, Aunt Susan, Uncle Gabe, Mackenzie, Jack and Ben came for a visit!  We had lots of fun catching up and playing with them.  Henry was excited to meet his cousins, and spent some quality sleeping time in each of their arms, as well as in his Aunt and Uncle’s arms.  Eleanor had fun playing trains and cars and shopping with her cousins.

Eleanor has been working on her spoon techniques this week – especially with yogurt – which gets a little messy at times.  Henry has been spending some more time awake, and is starting to show some interest in toys.  He doesn’t yet follow a toy across his field of vision, but he does seem to be focusing on a toy placed in front of him.
