Eleanor had her first voting experience this week – when she joined Amy to the polls. (Amy voted Republican, and Ellie voted Democrat, so they cancelled each other out :) ). We also had a fun visit from cousin Kim and Genet, along with friends from Minneapolis Amy and Katrina. Everyone had a blast during the visit except Zapa, who hid under Ellie’s crib.
We’ve also been working on our “Tummy Time”, after our nurse suggested that we get in one hour every day. Its amazing how hard it is to find an extra hour in every day! However, Eleanor has really been getting the hang of it, pushing up with her hands and taking in the world. It makes for some great pictures for the first minute – followed by lots of fussing and a few tears. Its a lot of work lifting your head off the ground!
Oh yeah, we also turned 3 months old this week :)
