Pumpkin Patch

Eleanor and Henry had fun visiting the pumpkin patch this weekend to pick out pumpkins. Henry was particularly excited about picking the pumpkins – Eleanor wasn’t as into it. Hopefully this week we will get a chance to carve them.

We had fun visits from Uncle B both Saturday and Sunday – on Saturday he got to spend all of “quiet time” with Eleanor in her room and learned all about Doc McStuffin and how to heal stuffed animals with the doctor kit.

On Sunday, Henry told Mom that he needed to go pee-pee while he was getting a bath, and so she took him out and set him on the potty and he successfully went! His first planned potty event! Hopefully there will be lots more to come. He also successfully did the sit-n-spin all by himself for the first time. In the word department, he continues to make lots of progress, it seems every day he comes out with a new word, and he loves to sing parts of songs.
