This week Henry hit 8 weeks old, and Eleanor hit 18 Months! Eleanor continues to add new words to her vocabulary, this week adding roll, red, orange, and the mac of mac and cheese. She is getting used to Henry a bit, and isn’t quite as jealous of the time that Mom and Dad spend with him. She is also becoming more attached to one of her stuffed monkeys, as evidenced by its presence in the majority of pictures this week. She continues to work on her hand coordination, and this week put two pieces of train track together for the first time. Soon, she’ll be building train cities! Henry is beginning to settle into a morning routine, with a good morning nap. Up next, settling in to an afternoon routine. He has flashed a few more smiles, but we haven’t caught a good one on video yet. We did catch him holding a rattle for the first time – although I’m not convinced that he knew he was holding it. It a super cute moment (of course without the camera near by) Eleanor and Henry held hands for the first time.
